After 15 months of playing to empty stands, Los Angeles Football Club, better known as LAFC, opened the doors to the Banc of California Stadium. This long-awaited return was greeted with an impressive mural created by our very own Pat Garcia (Senior Art Director) and Christian Hernandez (Senior Copywriter).
The mural represents more than a standard endorsement for a car. Toyota is a founding member of LAFC, and this piece shows the love and support they have for the football club. It also taps into something that resonates with LAFC supporters: LOYALTY.
This genuine approach is achieved by fusing the majestic LAFC mascot, the falcon, with a Black & Gold graffiti placed front and center over a stunning Tundra.
If you make it out to a football match, be sure to catch it while you’re there. It proudly hangs at the Toyota Gate entrance in the northwest corner of the stadium. It’s a reminder that you can replace most things in life, but not your soccer team.
