When we come together for less expected reasons, the time spent in these other pursuits can be just as valuable, perhaps even more so. By engaging in experiences that take us out of our comfort zone, we can learn from one another, grow together and maybe, just maybe, make the world a little bit better along the way.

    Hands on at the helm of the agency for over 35 years, Mark continues to be the agency’s principal architect and driving force. His creative and entrepreneurial vision has resulted in the founding of numerous companies, including Envision (a sports marketing firm later sold to Anschutz Entertainment); San Francisco-based Ingalls Moranville (where he partnered with present-day CCO David Moranville and rode the tech boom before selling to Havas’ Arnold Worldwide); and Body Glove Cruises (a popular whale watching and snorkeling business in Hawaii). He also led the way in establishing one of the first full-service Hispanic agencies in Southern California.

    Terry brings his passion for perfection to both his vintage car collection as well as the financial stewardship of the agency. For the last 18 years, he has managed Davis Elen's Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology departments. Prior to Davis Elen, he served as CFO at D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles LA; Senior VP of Finance & Administration at Hill Holiday; and VP Controller at Della Femina & Partners.

    Having fished in many waters over the course of his career, Greg has infused Davis Elen with a broad range of client-side experience. He brought his marketing and brand-building expertise into the tech space. As Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Global E-Commerce at Leapfrog Enterprises, his team managed marketing, strategic planning, product and content development as well as creative services. Prior to Leapfrog, Greg served as CMO and Head of Global E-Commerce at Toys "R" Us and Babies "R" Us.

    Whether it’s surfing, scuba diving or snowboarding, Dave brings his spirit of adventure to the ad biz every day. A graduate of the Art Center College of Design, his 30-plus years in the business spans the gamut, from owning his own successful firm in the Bay Area (in partnership with Davis Elen CEO Mark Davis) to his present-day leadership position at the agency. He’s won numerous prestigious creative awards, including the highly-coveted Cannes Gold Lion. A diverse list of clients in a wide range of categories has benefited from his unique talents, including telecomm, consumer packaged goods, technology, financial services, retail, healthcare and automotive.
