Agency Hires Industry Veterans to Focus on New Business Opportunities

As you may have noticed by now, we have a new look in 2021…but that’s just the start! The past year gave us the opportunity to take stock in our agency and associates, sharpen our perspective, and set even higher goals for this year and beyond.

Over the last year, many businesses had to dig deeper to find ways to be nimble, flexible, and adapt to situations nobody could have predicted. While adjusting on the fly, we took the time to refine and clearly articulate the unique value we bring to our existing and prospective clients. Any client needs a partner that can take on big challenges, solve tough problems and deliver results. So we take the time to be intentional in those partnerships, aligning with their most important goals and employing our full suite of services to deliver “Thinking that Matters.”

We asked ourselves: how can we help national brands accelerate as they emerge from the pandemic? The answer: by “thinking inside the box” to craft strategies for each clients’ specific parameters and deliver cut-through, targeted, results-driven work. We believe that being one of the top independent agencies in the country allows us to make courageous choices for the brands we represent, and enables us to develop fresh ideas that grab attention.

So yes, we’ve focused our agency on a new direction, but it didn’t end there. We added new expertise and continued to strengthen our team. As we premiered our new identity, Davis Elen also added two industry leaders to the Davis Elen family. We are happy to introduce Peter Judd and Jason Metz.

As Senior Creative Director, Peter Judd will bring his extensive experience working with global, iconic brands, to support our relentless pursuit of creative excellence with both new and existing clients. He will be dedicated to creatively thinking inside the box – helping our clients play within their own boundaries, but in ways they never could have imagined. Peter is a long-time northern California resident with over 25 years in the business and has had an ongoing collaborative relationship with our agency. He is inspired by art… specifically structures, spaces, sculptures and lines, and he uses this inspiration as the foundation for the creative thinking needed to meet our clients’ high expectations.

Jason Metz is Davis Elen’s new VP of Business Development. In this role, Jason will be focused on identifying opportunities where our agency’s full service capabilities can help new clients solve their most challenging problems. By promoting our strength as an innovative strategy and creative house that delivers Thinking that Matters, Jason will highlight our expertise in media, multicultural, social, digital and web. In addition, he will amplify our deep knowledge of unique audiences such as Generation Aging, as well as our acute understanding of hyper local marketing, franchise and retail expertise. Throughout his career, there is one constant, his unwavering determination to identify and help solve critical problems facing marketers today.
