We leaned into the tension with a relatable truth—“nobody loves change”—and showed how one small, simple switch with the Lively SIM card can bring big savings and peace of mind, brought to life through a warm, animated story of seasons changing.
We spoke to our customers in a straightforward tone. And illustrated how easy it could be to keep their own phone and get the Lively SIM so they could save on their monthly phone plans in addition to Lively’s safety services.
