Summary

DE is seeking a sharp, creative, resourceful, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Social Media Analyst who is passionate about not only analyzing social media data but also utilizing this data to find new ways to engage audiences through the use of social media. The ideal candidate excels in a collaborative and fast-paced environment and can simultaneously handle reports for multiple accounts and campaigns.

Responsibilities

·    Gather analytical data about social media program performance, maintaining

     various campaign tracking documents

·    Monitor benchmarks for measuring success and impact of social    

     media on programs and campaigns

·    Breakdown social media data into digestible and actionable insightsMonitoring and evaluating social efforts across clients and projects

·      Map client objectives and campaign tactics to the appropriate social metrics

·      Develop and improve measurement plans and processes

·      Ensure reporting deliverables are actionable, accurate, and on-schedule

·      Weekly, monthly and campaign reports including content and channel performance summaries

·      Communicate findings to director, strategists, producers, social media managers and the rest of the creative team

·      Able to measure but not limited too; online promotions, consumer engagement approach, influencer marketing, paid social advertising, social audience analysis

·      Evaluate existing tactics and performance and identify areas for growth and improvement

·      Track daily user and social platform trends – Create monthly reports on social platform changes to keep the team and clients up-to-date with valuable knowledge on how to incorporate into strategy and planning

 

Qualifications

·      Required: 3-4 years working as social media marketing professional 2 years must include social media analytics and reporting

·      Agency experience a plus

·      Thorough understanding of all social media platforms (IG, FB, Snap, Twitter etc.) Strong grasp of data visualization techniques (charts, graphs, diagrams etc.) Proficient in Microsoft office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Understanding of Facebook insights, Twitter Analytics, Sprout (preferred), Spredfast, Sprinklr

·      Experience using influencer, campaign and social sentiment tracking tools such as Pulsar, Pulsar Core, Grin, Nuvi

·      Excellent time management skills and customer-service oriented attitude

·      Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail is a must

·      Ability to work in fast-paced environment and learn quickly

·      Self starter; takes initiative; excellent time management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

·      Extensive knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Stories, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Vero, Snap
